Client Review on Bryant Ideas Sign Center

Bryant Ideas was more than a disappointment. They did a graphic for the door of our office and the font was purple - when clearly the file we sent over was navy blue. We understand that mistakes happen but the fact that I have called several times, left multiple voice mails, and a few unanswered emails have been sent out with no response is very frustrating. It took two weeks for the owner to even schedule our job in the first place so obviously he doesn't want business too badly. Now we are stuck with a purple sign instead of navy blue and it seems like nobody cares we are unhappy with it. I would not waste my time with these guys in the future.
