Overall Feedback:
We happened upon the Shawn and Ed Brewing Co. AKA, Lagershed on a drive through Hamilton. This amazing microbrewery is housed in what was once the Dundas Curling Rink as well as a Bus Depot. I'm not much of a beer drinker and yet found the lager quite amazing. The ambiance is truly great with the restoration process celebrating it's past life. We will certainly return with friends.
