This is one of the best up and coming internet providers to the rural areas that provides in the White co area! I know from experience! I am a landlord and seen and talked to the customer support staff and the inherited a nightmare when they purchased Hamilton county communications! They have spent way more time and money than even anticipated on the original merger! They now have a fiber cable from clearwave just outside of Carmi ran directly to a 300 ft service tower just east of district 19 headquarters! I'm not going to lie...they had a rough time starting out BUT the whole I was very impressed with the honesty the owner disclosed on service! I wasn't completely happy at times nor was he but he never lied or gave me the "run around' and has corrected every issue eventually by running the direct fiber line that runs along route 14. The integrity of this company that still has big plans and still working on adding service is impressive! If people will just be patient " it was hard for me" this will be the best option in the Carmi, Norris City and Crossville area. As far as I know things are rock steady since the first of the year! Hell prices can't even be touched by the providers one has now....please just give them a call they won't lie if they can't deliver as promised! I've talked to several people now that are very happy with service and it's only going to get better!

Service is slow and unreliable. I am not a customer, but my parents have this service. During several of my visits to their house the internet would cut out or slow down for no reason. It is frustrating.
