I personally have very little IT knowledge but wanted to purchase the best laptop for my requirements. The team at Bubble It went above and beyond to ensure that I knew all potential options and then offered their own valid opinion on the best option. I went for a laptop that had been used previously. After a while the battery became faulty and losing charge quickly. I spoke to the Team at Bubble IT and within the same day one of their team came to see me and sorted it within the same week by fitting a new battery.Brilliant customer service- honest and helpful throughout.

fanbloodytastic company that is well led and has excellent customer service. they will always go beyond what is expected of them. Been using them now for 10 years and i have never been disappointed. Many thanks guys. Have recently installed a new voip telephone system in partnership with 3CX and i couldnt be happier. its cheaper, user friendly, and the management side of the system is so helpful. the support from Bubble IT is second to none..... A big THANK YOU to the little bubbles....

Bubbleit have twice rescued me from crises, once with my PC after grandchild damage and once with a printer problem. Swift diagnosis and reasonably priced repairs, prompt returns, very convenient location and charming helpful staff. It's great to know they are there.
