I put in an order 2 weeks ago for my kids school shirts. School has started and their still not here. When I went last Friday to check and found out they weren't ready, in desperation I ordered 4 shirts from In Unison School Apparel. They took my order on Friday and I had them by mail on Monday! If I'd simply waited for Buffalo Graffix my children would be wearing 1 shirt over and over! This will most likely be the last year I order from them, and before anyone says I waited to long to order...the last 3 years I've ordered the last week before school starts and had them faster! As far as the 2 stars I gave...they belong to the sweet young lady that has helped me thus far, if not for her I would've cancelled my entire order! She's been so nice and understanding of my frustration. I feel sorry for all the complaints I'm sure she has to deal with from Imagine Parents! They either need a new embroideer or they need to add another to help with school uniform orders! It's really Rediculous that its taking this long, and that they can't even tell me if its close (that in itself tells me they haven't even started my order) If I don't have my order complete by the end of this week I'll be cancelling all of my order..10 shirts and 2 hoodies! Besides the time I'm waiting, the price at In Unison School Apparel is a good bit cheaper as well!

They made the shirts I wanted and they looked excellent but one wash in and on a delicate cycle the designs are ripping off completely. Wouldn’t expect that from a 20 dollar design addition.

Nothing but the best. Not only do they triple check their work they stand behind anything that could be incorrect. They have printed cards, shirts, signs and vinal for our trucks for years and I am totally satisfied.

We use them for work and I'm probably in here one every 4 to 6 weeks. Staff is always friendly and smiling. We've never had a problem with our products. Love them.
