Bullpen Marketing goes way out of their way to help your get the promotional materials you need, under the budget you have, in the time frame you need. I had an issue with a banner we ordered. They offered to pick it up from my office to fix it. When I told them the banner became damaged as a result of that issue, they sent a new one, no questions asked.
