This is directed towards regus as a company and its employees, mainly the community manager or front desk associate, I have had nothing but problems with Regus as a company. My ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED after countless times of me calling and walking into the elk grove regus center, because the community manager refuses to answer my phone calls or call me back when I leave messages, nobody from regus calls me back or sends me emails about this issue. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, I have records and emails stating my account should be canceled and signed paperwork by the community manager stating I should not be charged anything and regus is still trying to take advantage of me and charge me late fees. I walked into the office countless times and after the 8th time of walking in and being treated like garbage because they dont want to call customer service and wanted me to call them i was told to leave. DONT RENT OFFICES FROM HERE, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF INDIVIDUALS. If your a company they gladly kiss your butt, but if you walk in there as a person they run all over you. I will be contacting the better business bureau about this issue.
