Steve is a great guy and very personable. He offered me great prices, and took high quality photos. When one of his photos didn't come out to his liking, he asked me to come back the following day, where he reprinted them for me in the highest quality. In addition, he gave me free passport photo prints for my inconvenience and also burned a CD so I could have digital copies of them. I am very satisfied with his work and quality, and will be going back in the future.

We needed Passport pictures for a Canadian passport. Upon calling we were immediately accommodated and were able to get an appointment with in an hour.

It was hard for me to track down the owner. Called multiple times during business hours for several days but no answer. Finally he answered and when I got there, the place was a mess. I told him the sizes of pictures I want for visa and he said he knows what they are because he will put it in his computer. Pictures came out wrong, not centered and he did not even cut them properly. Anyways, This place was really bad and will never go there again.

This was the worst experience. Looking for a photo restoration and was quoted $35. After numerous calls to the store with no answer I decided to go there to drop off the picture/ find out what was going on. I went on 3 separate occasions (during business hours) only to find the door locked with a sign that says be back in 5. I waited each time for over 25 minutes before leaving. When I finally got in contact today he quoted me a different price and was extremely brash and loud. He said originally it would take 1 hour and then changed it to a few days. Ended up not getting my picture done after being forced to pay up front which I was not doing considering the distrust I had this business. Upon leaving he ripped up the receipt. Never going back and definitely telling others to avoid this place.
