I started my career at Burr Oak Tool 5 years ago as a Co-Op in high school. I've since had the opportunity to work in several departments, gaining understanding of the different processes along the way. As a full-time employee now, I look forward to working with even more groups to take on existing challenges and grow the company to its fullest potential. We may not get there tomorrow, and we may not get there next year, but we will get there, and it will be glorious!

Hi I worked at this place for 3.5 years. I gave notice that I was quitting and they told me, they were going to pay off my vacation, but instead they took it 60 hours of it. At this place, if they say you have to work 50 hours then, if you don`t they pull the rest of the time from your vacation to meet the hours they say you have to work. So might say I am not happy!!!

As Director of Operations at Berrien Metal Products, Inc. in Buchanan Michigan, I toured Burr Oak Tool circa 2015 with interest in purchasing some of their advanced tube coiling and fin equipment and found their facility to be REMARKABLY clean, organized, and very proactive. No one was dawdling. The entire facility appeared to be in very good order. Their material vendors are well known national brands and their team is constantly working on very intelligent upgrades to their existing technology. The facility is quite large. The employees boasted about some of the benefits of the company. I did not detect any animosity from any of the employees towards others and it was clear that their throughput and productivity systems were very well run. I now recommend Burr Oak Tool to all of my new customer inquiries wondering about the possibilities and technology for handling finned copper tubing heat transfer systems.
