This company is a total sham. Don't sign up with them, please listen to me whoever reads this. They have very good sales people that will promise you the world, and not follow up on any of these promises barring the website. I haven't directly spoken with anyone from the company in months. The social media aspect which they said they would help with has not been addressed in about 8 months or since we signed up with Business Promotion. They promised us google reviews and have generated exactly zero reviews. Not one review. Save your money and go with an honest company. This company is not honest in any capacity.

The whole team is really helpful through out the design and development stages. Jordan B. was very helpful in helping coordinate across their internal departments and got all of my questions answered immediately even when he had to go ask one of his coworkers. Really great customer service overall. Excited to see the product in action and the results!

Our business has been working with BP for a little over a year! Very impressed with our website they made. They have very quick response time for updates of content, which is great. The only thing I would say hasn't been completely what they said at sign up was "handling our social media." Basically they will make one graphic a month that is your idea but nothing else, that wasn't made super clear, we thought they would be doing daily/weekly posts etc.

Brent was great to work with! I asked him to change a couple things on our website and he got everything done SO FAST! That made the process nice because I didn't have to keep following up to make sure things were getting taken care of he kept he updated every step of the way. 100% recommend this business, their products and their customer service!

Our Dental Practice has been with Business Promotions for 5+ years and it was the best decision we made. The help they provide for developing and continued optimization, updates, Facebook posts are easy and helpful. In addition, their customer service is wonderful!
