I have used BSSI for approximately fifteen years and have been very satisfied with their services. I am a one man IT team here at the Washington County Board of Developmental Disabilities (WCBDD) and they have helped me on numerous server and network infrastructure issues. I have nothing but the highest respect for their service manager, Michael Minear who has never let me down when we had critical system failures. I have used them for the transition from physical to virtual servers and networking between my remote offices.They are very timely in response and even if they can’t have a tech on site immediately they will work remotely to help me troubleshoot the issue.
