During the year that I did contract work for this company, there were many times it was hard to get paid on time. Initially invoices were paid 2 weeks after being submitted. But as the year progressed, many of the invoices started getting paid 30 plus days after submission. Each time there was some sort of excuse as why they were getting paid late. As of now, my final invoice submitted April 2018 has not been paid and it is now August 2018. I patiently corresponded by phone and email to get the final invoice paid. The CEO is no longer responding to my emails or phone calls so unfortunately the next step for me will have to go the legal route.UPDATE 8/18/19 - Just saw the response from the owner and I really don't understand how in clear conscience he could reply the way he did as I still have not received payment for my final invoice. I performed my work and submitted invoices on time with emails to prove it. If I were actually paid my final invoice I would update this review to say so.

Walk it to the office to request some brochures design and requested to be in while designin because I know exactly what I need on the brochures.The front desk at tender was 30 min on the phone in front of me,then she put a second phone on a hold and really quick spill the prices in front of me.When I asked her if I can be part of the disign process or communicate with the one who does it she said no.Then I asked her what if I don't like what the product?She said you tell us and we can modify it for extra charge.Hmmm....that did not make sense to me.I tried to be persistent and get more info but it seemed she just wanted to get rid of me. Even if they are good at what they do I got very bad first impression and definitely not recommending them.The front desk person should be performing great customer service and have sales experience.TOO bad I could not have the full experience it might even for a reason.

Our website got hacked, I called buzz bizz every day for a week but could only leave messages with the receptionist and no one ever called me back. It took two weeks for it to get fixed. I’m now switching companies and left 4 messages in the last 2 days and no one has called me back. AWFUL!

Buzzbizz helped us with flyers we were using at a home show. Not only was Rylee a pleasure to work with, but their prices were also the lowest we encountered. Our company will definitely be using them in the future.

I recently started a business that I had no idea how to market. I went to Buzz Bizz Creative for some direction. Their staff (namely Rylee) were a huge help! I went in with my cheap, online printed cards and a few marketing ideas and came out with a quality logo, a ton of social media information and now better quality business cards that I feel proud to give out. I especially love my logo because I know every line, color, font, spacing, and size means something. Hours of creative and intuitive thought went into my logo, my business, me.
