Scott stepped to help my company at a time of urgent need, and he delivered. We were to evaluate pitches from two companies to handle our SEO and SEM, and we did not feel like we had someone on staff with "expert level" knowledge in these areas which would be required to make the most informed decision. I reached out to former colleagues of mine in the Knoxville and Lexington areas, and Scott Clark was the name that came up as the most logical choice. He rearranged his schedule to make the trip for a large on-site meeting at our company headquarters in Brentwood, TN and serve as our SEO consultant that day. It was so helpful to have someone sitting in the room to ask the questions we wouldn't have known to ask.
