Feedback:
Would not recommend BVC for collision repair. Progressive recommended taking my Suzuki Burgman 650 to BVC after I hit a deer causing damage to front & left side. They replaced body parts that just needed touch up and failed to repair the mechanical issue that was the reason I took it to a shop. All body damage was just bolt on pieces that I could have replaced myself in a much shorter time period. Didn't mind waiting many weeks to have it fixed correctly, but was very disappointed to find mechanical issue was not fixed. Kayla never contacted me about not ordering parts w/o payment which after a week I found out & gave a card # and never contacted me about insurance refusing to pay for mechanical issue which I would have paid to have it rideable. (Insurance Rep. says they did not refuse )
