Since letting Bwar loose on my website I have lost my emails on several occasions, the website no longer has any traffic at all. So I've paid them to make my business worse in effect. I received many many calls from the sales team promising me the Earth and what I've received is less online viability, lost emails costing me thousands of pounds and hassle. The service is really poor and I've regretted using Bwar from the outset.

I was told about BWAR about 12 months ago when we were looking at having a website re-built, monitored and maintained. I was contacted by Aaron at BWAR who I can honestly say is the most professional "couldn't do enough for you" kind of guy. I've worked with BWAR over the past 12 months being promised this and promised that which you get when you take on a new contract with a company, BWAR have restored my faith in working with online marketing companies, everything they promised was done quickly, efficiently and was very affordable. What is brilliant about these guys is they just don't stop, they are always in touch giving me feedback about this and saying "can we try this new thing" and I always expect it to cost a little more, but it never does. My online inquiries have doubled over the past 6 months or so and I can only put it down to working with a company that not only care for their clients but want them to be successful. I cannot thank Aaron enough for the work him and his team have done so far. I've also got to mention Sam and his team who aren't involved in my industry at all but write brilliant blogs, update new information and are really keen to know about the products they are writing about on our website and creating and maintaining an amazing website for us.Once again I cannot recommend these guys enough. 110% from day one and no signs of anything changing! Hello, I would like to know what the or who the bosses are in the company and it was curious that Craig is the top boss but I would like to know who's who and emails for them please.

This company are not honest or trust worthy. I cancelled my order within my 14 days cooling off period and did not return the legal disclaimer. They proceeded to take 3 payments from my card, totalling £900, having carried out absolutely no work at all. They hadn’t even had access to my site to do any of the supposed work, most of which are free google services anyway, upon Investigation. I stopped the order on day 1. They lied about having listened to a recorded call that aledgedly confirmed information I wasn’t aware of. They have refused to give me a copy of the call when I asked. They make promises to return calls and resolve but they haven’t still. Trust pilot are next! Disgraceful and stay clear.
