byDesign was probably the most easy to coordinate, most flawless parts of our entire wedding. Our project manager, Vanessa Walden, was an absolute dream. She was incredibly responsive and always respectful and professional. She handled all of my requests and questions promptly and remained extremely organized, kind and courteous throughout the entire process. On the day of filming, our videographer, Larry, was awesome. He was kind and respectful and took amazing footage! The entire process far exceeded my expectations and the films are beautiful. The sound quality and resolution are top notch.

They are really overpriced, the editing is not great. They say they are cultured but they can’t tell the difference between cultures. They said I will get the video max in 16 weeks (which is a lot) my wedding was November, I got my video in July and that was the first run. The editing was really bad the music transition sucked. The time to send edits back is 10 days which is crazy because they get months to edit and you only have 10 days to give feedback which is stupid! They are too expensive, I do not recommend.

I have had extensive dealings with this company and two things always come thru -- First the people care; they truly want to make sure that they capture that special day for the couple. Second the company is quality focused;- little details matter to them and they always try to do it right. They are proud of their products and they have every right to be proud. I would recommend without hesitation.

The people I have dealt with at this company have been pushy, rude, vindictive and dishonest. If you like drama, you'll love this company! Plenty of choices out there. Pass on this one.
