The internet has been working perfectly and awesome customer service (They sent me a follow up email concerning how it's working right after a month the service started). The technician came right on time (a super friendly guy) and totally saved me from the misery AT&T put me through. Do you know how ridiculous it is that it takes two weeks for AT&T, a huge company like that to send a person just to set the internet up?I am so glad that i canceled my order with AT&T and switched to ByteLaunch. I was using AT&T when I was in Miami and the service went down at least once a month and not to mention the unreasonable installation fee at the beginning.Also, you don't have to sign any contract at all! I couldn't be happier with ByteLaunch!

I recommend Michael Craig very highly to anyone looking for a developer to create an app or web page for their business. Mike is the President of ByteLaunch and he is a genius developer!After going with 2 other developers that never delivered the project and took my money and ran with it, I was very apprehensive about hiring the next developer. Michael and his team are very professional and they created for me a beautiful app with all the latest technology. Mike was very nice and very patient even though the project took longer than projected. The web page is actually an App that was created to fit my specific needs. I couldn't be happier with the results, Mike and his team are wonderful to work with. Always very attentive an professional! Give them a call you can not go wrong with ByteLaunch and his team!

I worked with Bytelaunch from November 2012 to now. They helped me create Logipace, an iPhone application I conceptualized to improve the athletic performance of runners (check it out at the app store!). I mainly worked with Morgan Walker, who helped me work through the initial design options and decisions (screens, interface, in-app ads, etc.). He created a proposal that included everything from start to finish. After I approved the proposal, he generated sample screens for me to review. The screens were very professional looking and incorporated some great graphics. I was very impressed.He created an initial prototype design for me to check out. He responded to all my concerns, making sure it was right. When the app was complete, he helped me put it on the Apple app store and set up my account.One thing that really impressed me was the way Bytelaunch stuck to our initial budget. Even when unexpected problems crept up, Bytelaunch did not charge me more than was in our initial agreement. If at any time I wanted to add features, they would estimate the cost of those additions and get my approval before proceeding. Morgan's management of the project was very good.Afterward, Mike Plata helped me with my marketing efforts. We created a Facebook ad campaign and Facebook page for my app. He monitored this for me (under a maintenance contract) and gave me frequent updates, helping me tweak the ads as necessary.Overall, I would recommend Bytelaunch for app development and marketing. They are professional, responsive, and very easy to work with.
