Working with Chris at CC Brooks was FANTASTIC! Out first meeting we were put at ease and confident moving forward as you can easily see how professional and easy to work with he was. He really knew his stuff and was very clear about every step and did his best making it exactly how we wanted it. We made a lot of changes and had a lot of questions during the process and his communication as great! I could not be happier with his service and the end result of our website! I recommend him to anyone!

My experience with C.C.Brooks Marketing & Advertising began with a cold call from their sales manager, Kevin Chandler. Kevin’s voicemail message was courteous and to the point, not the typical overbearing self-assertive sales call that has become the norm. I have interest in two businesses. Kevin’s message was directed towards my excavating company which I am a 50/50 partner. The excavating company serves both central MA and Metro West. The other business I am involved with is a pet care facility owned and operated by my wife and I in Falmouth, Cape Cod. Having ownership in two small businesses and starting the excavation company from scratch, I know how difficult it is to solicit for business. I felt the urge to at least return his call and let him know I was all set. He briefly described how they have helped similar excavating contractors with web design and advertising. I politely responded that our company has a very good reputation and fortunately the majority of our work comes through referral. Currently, I had no need for any of the services that he and C.C. Brooks were offering. However I did inquire if they had ever worked with anyone in the pet care industry. He replied no, not yet. I asked him if they would be interested and he said, yes. Kevin then made the trip down to Falmouth, listened to me ramble on for a couple of hours and took the time to tour our facility. When I was finished he showed me a portfolio of web sites that they had designed for various clients. I was impressed enough by both him and his portfolio of work to continue the conversation and ask about price. Their pricing was straight forward and more than fair. He explained that the process to design and build our site would probably take four to five weeks. Kevin and the team at C.C. Brooks delivered right on schedule. The web site they created for us is better than we ever expected. It is visually inviting, easy to navigate and well written. We requested a couple of minor tweaks to the site since it has gone live and both were handled in a timely fashion. I am so glad that I returned Kevin’s call. It truly was a pleasure to have actual face to face time with someone like him who made the effort and took the time to listen to our needs and wishes then pass that information on to the rest of the team at C.C. Brooks Marketing & Advertising. We feel the web site they created for our business is the best around and will give us a competitive advantage over the competition. We highly recommend them, and look forward to building a lasting relationship.

Hands down if you need a website built, seo, or help running an adwords campaign this is the company to use. Their work and customer service from start to finish speaks for itself. CC Brooks Marketing would get a 6 star from me if it was an option.

Very quick turn around, and he took an existing site which was old and clunky, and redesigned it 100% to new, modern, viewable on all platforms, and most importantly - engineered to gather more hits and responses.Important to note that the new web site has directly resulted in new business, and much mofe customer activity.

I would like to take a brief moment to comment on the services c.c. Brooks marketing. I hired the company towards the end of September because of 2 other companies failures to perform. Since their arrival , I now have , what I feel , is an amazing web site. Major points to consider . 1 - when you call , they respond not in hrs or days but in minutes , their diligence and hard work had me up and running in days not months . They make changes, upgrades and picture additions almost as soon as I send info. My business has more than doubled because of my web site. Their full web site management is superb. Now I can do what I do best ( taxidermy) , and they take care of my site . Their service goes above and beyond.
