Client Review on CA Embroidery West

I ordered 1 patch to be embroidered with 1 Symbol. Not an complex symbol just the Japanese character for "hokage". The size of 4inx4in. I was initially told by end of week or beginning of next week. I called and they told me, it will be done the next day, then called the next day and was told will be done the following day. I had to cancel this the order its unreasonable to wait 8 days for one 4in patch with no words just a symbol. I was intending to wear it at my college graduation. I'll be sure to tell all of my fellow graduates, business partners, college staff and employees to not use this company. Time management is not their forte.
