With our partnership, we launched a website redesign that included over 20K pages and didn't suffer any redirect issues (expecting a 3 month unavoidable bloody mess with a site of this size)... in less than 30 days we were reindexed with search engines, and all sales and stats were up 20% and have been climbing since. We were not the ideal (easy) client but they took us on knowing what they were getting into and they hit it out of the park!
