I had been employed with them for a time and the team work that is involved in this Company is a God send. Sincerely Anything with a business always has its challenges Now a days and when it comes to Customer satisfaction their always on it. I would recommend anyone that needs these services go online or give them a call. Plus stop in their lights are usually and they always offer you a coffee . This is a bonus I must share this most enjoyable Experience i had while working there one day . There was a time when it was coming up to Christmas weekend off and i had a work Desk in the front office. I currently was the Greeter , Office phone service router for them and a Random PC Repair and Rebuild operator. One morning I had come to work for my regular hours and as soon as i opened the door to the office, my whole work station was covered with Christmas wrapping paper. I almost lost my teeth everyone was laughing so hard it was hysterical.They are fun and very professional at what they do and provide the best IT service's in all of CT . Upon opening an email we experienced a ransom ware attack the encrypted files on our workstation and admin server. The damage was done before we were even aware of attack. I immediately called Cage Data our IT support company to rescue us. They were here in 90 minutes and in about four hours had our admin service back in service and restored all of our files from the cloud back. Since they had initiated a nightly backup to the cloud and Peter an Aarons expertise, an event that could have crippled us moving forward, was restricted to a few hour incontinence. Thanks everyone at Cage Data that help keep our lights on!

Our company has been utilizing Cage Data for more than 10 years. No matter what our issue is, they are quick to respond to our calls and/or emails and help us by diagnosing and fixing the problem. They support our network system, all hardware, web and email hosting, and those general strange computer questions that come up day to day. While their work is always outstanding, what makes them extra great is when you ask them /that/ question - you know, the one where you should already know the answer or you downloaded a spammy email by accident because you were not paying attention to what you were doing. They really go out of their way to not make you feel like "duh! Why didn't you know that!" As I have experienced with other companies. The employees of Cage Data and professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Definitely, give them a call.

Cage has been our technology consultant for more than five years. We work mainly with Erik, who is responsive, knowledgeable and patient, even with the most technophobic of our group. In the event that a problem stumps him, he will offer interim workarounds while he pinpoints the issue. Very pleased with the level of service and expertise!
