Describing Caiden Media as "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" is an UNDERSTATEMENT in my book; I was more than thoroughly pleased with the overview of my AdWords account! You can tell a company knows what they are doing when they show in the first position on AdWords for PPC-marketing-related search terms. I clicked on the ad, was taken to their site and filled out the form for a Free Audit. Within the hour I was contacted by Jimme. Jimme asked me detailed questions about my business and tried to get an overall feel for what we are doing as a company. I informed him that we may not be interested in purchasing right away so I do not want to waste his time on an audit if the outcome is we do not hire Caiden Media. This was not a concern for him at all, he replied " we'll show you what we can offer you, and at the end of the day, if now is not the time, you'll walk away with some helpful tips on how to improve your AdWords account." We then scheduled the appointment and began the audit. To be honest, based upon the shared info of not being positive that we will be hiring Caiden Media at this time, I assumed it would not be a thorough audit....BOY, was I WRONG! Daryl explained every nook and cranny of necessary improvements to be made to our account and how Caiden Media can help...here's the kicker...WITHOUT the pressure to buy. That is so relieving to me. The thoroughness of his review really made me wonder why it is a FREE audit -- I believe it should be a paid offering because it is worth a ton of VALUE. When I came to this Yelp page, I was super surprised to not see endless reviews just like mine. Unfortunately, at this time we are not in a position to hire Caiden Media, although the pricing is very fair and the value is huge. If ever in the future, we decide to switch AdWords account managers (myself), Caiden Media will be our first pick! I am writing this review because as a PPC advertiser myself, I could not speak more highly of the short time I was able to spend with Jimme and my overall Caiden Media experience. My intention is, if you are reading this review and you're on the fence about hiring CM, make the leap...from my short interactions, I can tell this company is doing wonderful things for their customers. Thank you again, Caiden! We'll be in touch again, I am sure.
