Overall Feedback:

Unjustified arrogance about company culture, none of, belief that they treat employees so much better than anyone else is not true. Borderline cultish, you won't survive if you don't drink the cool-aid and conform. Opinion shared by local tech community, others have shared similar experiences with me, some recruiters refuse to work with them. Until they focus on what is important - the product and customers - they are in for a long slog.
