Buy these homes if you want negative sewer lines all the way to the city sewer that back up and you have to dig up your front yard and the road. $10,000+. I've had electrical issues too and roof issues. There wasnt even the tar paper under part of my roof at an intersection/channel that takes the most water and it leaked. The flashing was done wrong too.
