RUN!!! This development is joke. Lennar what was Cal Atlantic does not care once the deal is done.Home closed in November of 2017 it’s now September of 2018 no landscaping, sod, and a list of repairs that are not being made.They cannot keep a steady project manager at this development and my clients are always starting over.Should have see the red flags with the sales agent and the basic errors that were made.If you are considering this development thing again and don’t walk away but RUN! It’s a joke and it’s nevwr their fault and they just go dark and don’t communicate.

Buyer Beware. Once you buy a house in this neighborhood the builder will completely ignore you. I have called 56 times and emailed 14 times to file claims for my 1 year warranty and not more than one message was sent telling me that they would look into it. It’s now been 4 months since I received that email and... nothing.
