Just found out at almost 1 year all repairs we put in for will not be covered and majority of things were supposed to be handled within 30 days of closing that includes “settling” caulking drywall I just had to fix my own door because they weren’t able to I find it ridiculous paying over 300k for a house that needs all this work done I would of been better buying and renovating on top of HOA fees and infestation this whole community is a scam ...Wait for Beezer and Ryan across the street !

We are very Happy at Reserve at Minneola with Our home. Beautiful design and family atmosphere neighborhood. Next to Main roads. Took a little longer the construction but worth it the wait.

Wonderful neighborhood with community pool right off the turnpike.

No flaws for me but some might not like that it isn't gated. Hard to do with a neighborhood with multiple entrances and road that is soon to be busy. Easy access to the turnpike if you have a Sunpass.
