This is not real Hampshire and these people in this subdivision are out of touch with the rest of the town. I bet if you asked people from this subdivision how to get to Genoa or Burlington they wouldn’t know......... they know one way only straight down 72 east towards Chicago area!

Horrible Quality!!!!!! You will have most off your home falling apart after less then a year!!! Mold issues!! I'm watching them build those homes every day! Horrible!!! Everything is good at the sales office but later on all the managers are avoiding you if you complain to them too many times! Backyards are getting flooded every time it rains so nothing wants to grow!
