Dawn helped me on this order. I needed to produce and ship an order within 5 days of placing the PO. The production time was 3 days, we hit a snag with quality control where they weren't shipped out until the following day which was tough with shipping to New York, but they were extremely helpful in finishing the order. We got it shipped via 2 day shipping and the order is now set to arrive on time. This was a reorder of a previous order of imprinted flasks and the quality is great. I am so grateful to Dawn for completing everything for me and on time!!

Great group of guys I worked with as if they were my family. The Supervisors are laid back and understanding about everything. Let's see the managers are cool as well, some of them atleast. Upper management are a few shady, fake and selfish group of people. You'll know who they when you meet them. You can just read they're body movements, the tone of their voice, the lack of eye contact and most importantly the flimsy handshake and tell somethings not right. The products are boo boo to be honest all China ordered in bulk. Owner spends money like crazy but doesn't realize he's blowing it all on items that were going to end up throwing in the dumpster. Overall they don't take care of you or care for you as a person or as a employee. Which sucks some of the people there are some of the hardest working employees I ever had the honor of working with.

After reading some of the negative reviews here I feel compelled to State my experience with High Caliber line over the years... recently I had placed an order for 5,000 cell phone wallets the kind that stick on the back of your cell phone and it came with a one color imprint, but the client wanted a more color correct representation of their logo so we went with three colors.... upon receiving the final product it was clear that the gold looked like it was green and would not work for my law enforcement client... so as I brought this to the attention of the production manager he immediately went back and reformulated the ink to the gold color that was needed set up the equipment again and over the course of the next few days reproduced 5000 more imprints directly on the ones that were printed before and they looked perfect.... what can I say ?that was one of the best customer relations experiences I've had in over 15 years of selling promotional products... and one last thing... The Intricate logo detail and registration on the item was very very tight yet they were able to correct this with the expertise of their knowledge and equipment

Worst customer service, I have ever seen, I was at the point thought its a fake company, I have worked Chinese companies, but they are worst I will never work with them, if you find the product same they have, and if you have to pay even a $1.00 more to other company , its 100 time worth than wasting your time with them
