After working with several call tracking businesses in the past, I was blown away by Calltracks’ technology and their intricate understanding of our complex business needs. Using Calltracks, we were able to massively improve the volume and quality of telephone leads through ls as we were able to understand exactly where our leads were coming from. Calltracks was particularly useful when it came to PPC. Due to their seamless integration with Google Analytics and AdWords we were able to quickly understand where to channel our PPC spend as we were able to measure the exact search queries that generated leads and sales. I believe it is also worth mentioning that Calltracks is not just for marketing managers For example, they also have innovative real time reporting technology that empowers the sales staff to better serve potential customers by informing the sales agents exactly what the customers is looking for even before the call is answered.
