Capital Imaging was a great to work with on our first project! For a rather large project with many moving parts, Jason and Rick were on point with the design/delivery/install of everything. Their communication was transparent, and they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend working with them on any printing needs.

We had a very poor experience with this company. We tried to have signage done for a new venture in Lansing, was quoted on pricing, and figured the printing for $300 would be something of value, but the product came out flat, if had no texture, and looked like was printed on some metal siding for $50, but obviously charged triple that. To my concern I reached out to the owner asking to have it re-done, and for a product that would have a wow-factor, but they did nothing to help us out. We were very unhappy with the service/products by this company, and would highly recommend getting your printing done at Fed-X Office and save yourself $250.

Prices have gone crazy over the last year and have nearly doubled. Customer service has been rude and too much inconsistency. Years ago they had a great team when the had a team of different managers. They are trying to run themselves as an agency now and charging fees for EVERYONE touching the item. Not worth the trip anymore and I took my business elsewhere. I am not going to pay double charges at this place for work I can get anywhere. I will ship my files to other vendors.
