CompuScripts is tops! They always handle depositions professionally both during as well as in their transcript production. Additionally, we frequently use them for transcription of recordings from lower court hearings. These recordings are not always of the best quality, but somehow they come through for us every time! The staff and reporters are up to date on the latest technology where it relates to video and regular depositions and transcripts. The accuracy of the transcripts is amazing compared to the errata sheets we have returned to other services, and that is due to the high competency of professionals that CompuScripts employs. I appreciate their promptness with scheduling, with confirmations, and even accommodating a change in turn-around time when the attorney forgot to request it. I appreciate that after informing them of my firms preferences for format of video and regular transcripts, I've never had to ask for something in a different format - they have demonstrated over and over that they listened to us the first time - a very rare quality in customer service these days!If you are looking for a court reporter or videographer - I highly recommend CompuScripts and will continue to do so.
