Overall Feedback:

I have nothing but good things to say about Capitola Media. At the last minute I had to find a video production company to create a short video for the nonprofit organization I work for. We're based in NY and the video was being filmed in CA. Needless to say, we didn't have personal recommendations to pull from. I found Capitola in a Google search and chose they mainly because of their Go Daddy video featuring Ayesha Curry. The quality and the feel of the video was just what we were looking for, so we took a chance on a company that was all across the country. Chris was responsive and patient. We were trying to complete a project with very few details and last minute changes, but Chris and his team were understanding. On the ground Matt was a huge support when it came to filming. I was able to tell him what we wanted and he got the shots. He even stepped in to help with making sure the answers we were filming for the video were concise and usable. As someone that is unfamiliar with video production, I was glad to have the right team to help our vision come to life.
