These guys are fantastic. I had a bit of a miscommunication on the parts I was bringing in for install and they talked me through what needed to be done and made the time to get the additional parts put on. I also felt like I heard some odd noises coming from the new suspension so they looked everything over again a few days later free of charge. Highly recommend this shop.

Got a leveling kit installed on my truck here plus an alignment, and the guys did a fantastic job. It only took a few hours and I had my truck back in no time. Also, the prices were very fair too. Thanks to Brad for hooking me up, and, even though I live in Cary, I definitely will be back!!

My 03' Mustang had a factory stereo that kept reading "CD Error". Couldn't get any cds out or in so I knew it was time to just replace it with an aftermarket system. Brad and Ray were a pleasure to work with! Brad helped me pick a system out the same day I walked in and gave me estimates. I had did some shopping around but decided to go with Car Cosmetology, and super glad I did! Brad even remembered me and made me feel like my baby was in good hands on my appointment day. I'm a bit old fashioned and wanted my cds back which Brad knew. I gotta give Ray (their Mustang guru--bonus points!) a huge shout out for getting all my cds out without any damage to them, and for the excellent installation of my stereo. I love it! Thanks Brad for the follow up phone call, I highly appreciate it! Very professional guys here. I'll definitely be back :)!

Followed up to my original review promising to make it right, called him 3 times with a voicemail and zero contact. Called the main number to speak to him to see if I can get him that way and got “he will call you later” and that was over a week ago. NEVER come here and waste your money
