The team at Carbon Pixel have done a fabulous job on our new website. As a cloud-based software service provider we can be geeky, creative and focused on detail - so maybe not ideal clients. Carbon Pixel got us perfectly, they were patient, full of ideas and technically genius. The ace project management skills from Antonia kept us all on track. Recommend them totally.

We were using a generic off the shelf website for our business and found this very time consuming and cumbersome to operate and update. We were introduced to Carbon Pixel and after initial meetings commissioned them with great confidence to build our new site and also assist with other elements of social media campaigns and advertising. Although our requirements were very complicated and demanding they quickly understood our brand, huge product range and client base. Our new website is amazing and has been well very received. I must say the entire process was completely painless allowing us to concentrate on driving our business forward. The continued advise and assistance given by Antonia, Shane and the team has been amazing. We are constantly evolving as a brand and their expertise has been invaluable. As a textile artist my requirements for a website and logo were quite complicated but the staff of Carbon Pixel spent time getting to know my business and how I wanted it to grow. They took the specifics and came back to me with a detailed analysis which they talked me through. They were very open to working with me to ensure I was totally happy before creating a perfect logo which illustrated my work and a beautiful website. Their attention to detail and creating truly bespoke websites is second to none. They have gone on to create a whole package of marketing materials for me that fit with my client base, having listened and supported me in identifying my target market.I cannot recommend them highly enough due to the expertise they have within their staff and their ability to listen.

Carbon Pixel did a brand design and website design and launch for me. The branding exercise was excellent and very straightforward. I provided outline information, and they compiled some options for me to review. We talked through the designs and settled on a great logo with a strong backstory that I was very impressed with.The website design was then based around the logo selected. It was put together for me, and once reviewed and signed off, launched on a hosted solution.Throughout the process everyone at Carbon Pixel has been exceptionally helpful. Communication is always great and straightforward, with prompt replies and brilliant customer service.I would highly recommend Carbon Pixel for any web design and build work.
