Ridiculously unprofessional. They're more worried about getting paid and making money than taking care of their clients. Every worker we've ever had the misfortune of dealing with was uninformed and unqualified to do even basic care. I do not recommend caring matters in the slightest.

Caring matters in reading location is great! Sent me an aide that wasn’t a great match but I called the office and they sent someone new out right away. They are very caring, and always reliable.

I have used caring matters for four years now, and I think it’s excellent. I love my services and the aides and they’re always pleasant and nice to me. I love Maria in the office, she is terrific. Great customer service. The owner is excellent. When anything bad happens they are always here for me . The ladies who call to tell me which aides are coming are so nice on the phone. Very professional and reliable. The aides cook and clean for me, take me to appointments, and do anything else that I ask. They’re always there for me. I highly recommend caring matters in reading pa to anyone looking for services.

My mom went downhill after a stroke, and I couldn’t take care of her anymore. She lived alone and I was thinking about putting her in a nursing home. My friend told me about caring matters home care in reading, they come out and provide care in home. Definitely the best decision I have ever made. Moms happy and so am I. She gets on pretty good with aide that comes out. She has a few different ones which is nice. Don’t want them to get burned out from seeing the same person everyday. They all know what they’re doing, and have a routine when they come. One took mom out to bingo and she had a great time. I’m telling you anyone who is looking for someone to take care of a loved one go to them.

Hired them for my mom and she loves them. My mom has only gone out for appointments, but the other day she told me her and the aide went for a walk outside. I was shocked she got her out of the house. It’s amazing the connection they share and how much the aides really care.

I love this company, from dealing with the office staff to the aides that come out. Everyone is professional and nice. I hired this company to take care of my father who is a handful, and they know exactly how to care for him. The aide that comes has been with us for a a few months now and she has become like family to us.
