I have been shopping with Caring Transitions for almost 10 years. They are, by far, my favorite estate sale company. The staff is super-organized and they always operate great sales. All of their communications are thorough beginning with their emails and newsletters to the very brief announcements that Ken makes before the sale officially begins. Even if you are unfamiliar with the particular area of a sale, you can rest assured that there will be numerous signs strategically placed to guide you to the exact location. Their quality is always consistently superb. Ken and Katie (and their friendly team members!) set up and display all of the merchandise in a systematic way so that routine shoppers know exactly where they can find particular items. The pricing is always consistent and fair, and priced to sell. Katie and her dedicated staff are always quick to lend a helping hand to wrap fragile items and hold items while you shop. Upon checking out, Ken allows shoppers to park conveniently if needing to load large items.I love shopping with Caring Transitions and always look forward to their sales. I am able to enjoy my hobby of searching for unique finds, appreciate the unusual architecture and landscape that many of their sales offer, and visit with Ken and Katie, who treat me as a respected and loyal customer, but also as a friend.If you have not shopped with Caring Transitions of Hampstead, I strongly encourage you to do so.
