They made an error on some of the sizes but they were so prompt in fixing the error with no hassle or issues! Everyone makes mistake but I appreciate the ease of this whole situation! Highly recommend.

I had a last minute need for two tall sized shirts for a bachelor party I’m in next week. My boys already ordered their shirts because they didn’t need tall sizes. Every place I emailed or called in Columbia/Lexington either had no tall sizes or said I didn’t meet their minimum requirement. Nobody gave me additional options or offered to work with me. Just when I was about to call the search off I found CSP. I sent an email and not even 10 minutes later had a reply from Brittany. She was cordial and gave me the news on their minimum order requirements. When I mentioned my predicament and that I only required two, Brittany decided to go a step further and offer me some direct to garment options. Brittany went on to tell me CSP has access to tall sizes and even sent me a dimensions chart for me to better select my fit. I explained to her my time crunch and need for only two of these shirts. Without hesitation she offered to work with me and get it done all before I have to leave town. Brittany displayed excellent customer service skills which in this day and age are hard to come by. CSP is lucky to have such a wonderful employee. Y’all have earned my business from here on out and I’ll be sure to recommend CSP to any and all. Can’t wait to see the finished product and show them off in Florida during the bachelor weekend. Thanks again Brittany!

Had an amazing experience with these guys! Specifically with the rep Christian who gave me an above and beyond customer service experience! My team and I over at Charleston needed a fast turn around on 300 shirts for an event that we were putting on that weekend. Not only was the team very quick to design our shirts and to get them printed that next day, Christian himself went out of his way to drive it down to Charleston for us to make sure we had them in time. Great experience, great people over there! Will highly recommend!

Cannot say enough great things about Carolina Screen Printers! Called for a monogram and Christian and Casey were right on it! I use them often and have never been anything but satisfied!

Had a horrible experience. The rep Christian was to meet with me and a client for a huge order of stickers ( minimum of $6000 to $8000) I called when he was late. He said he sent me an e mail that he has not had time to get the proposal together ( he had over 5 business days) and that he was "stretched" today so he needs to re-shedule. First why didnt he call me to make sure I received his message? He said he did not have my number but from day one ( and I hope any good sales rep ) he had it. While price point is always a concern , customer service is always first and if you want customer service I would NOT recommend Carolina Screen Printing.

This place is awesome! Brittany is super responsive and so helpful throughout the entire process. I received quotes from 5 or 6 other print shops in the area and CSP was by far the least expensive. Ordered t-shirts with DTG for my youth basketball program, and they came out amazing! The logo is huge, colors are vibrant, and the material of the shirts are soft and lightweight. I also had practice jerseys screenprinted. Brittany was extremely patient in working with me and breaking down the cost differentials- very important when operating a small business! Will definitely be using them for future projects!
