I ordered a shirt over a month ago and I haven’t received it not have I gotten any type of update. I called, didn’t get an answer so I sent an email and I am yet to receive a reply. It’s my first time ordering with the company so it might just be my bad luck.

For weeks now no answer to phone calls, emails, text messages. Friendly and quick in the beginning - no reaction now. Are they still there?

Normally I wouldn't go out of my way to write something negative about a business, but in the instance of Catalyst I feel it necessary. The convenience of working with a local vendor rather than a larger corporation was completely trumped by the blatant disrespect shown to me by the store owners. The company cannot complete a custom print job without receiving up-front payment, and furthermore when dissatisfied with the final output, I attempted to approach them civilly about it and ended up being berated and disrespected to my face. The issue wasn't black and white, but you would think that a company would have any sort of regard for customer service and satisfaction. From (regrettably) working with them on previous projects, as well as communicating with other people who have and previous employees, I can say with absolute certainty that any alternative company would be a much better solution. The amount of resistance and attitude I was given over a small trivial order makes me fear for people who are foolish enough to embark on a large-scale project with them.Ask anyone who has ever worked with them or for them how they feel about their experience and you will be hard-pressed to find anyone with a kind word to say.Having professional gear does not make you a professional, and it doesn't excuse degenerate business practice.The company has the mantra "Nothing is Impossible," but I guess that customer satisfaction is the exception.

Highly recommended. Very friendly service, and quality attention to the couple projects I've brought to them. Honestly, I can't wait to do business again.
