Working on detail-driven projects with geographically dispersed teams can present constant challenges that communications technology, as remarkable as it is, can not fully address. Even the best firms sometimes run into problems. There had been a misunderstanding on our project that could have derailed progress, had it not been well-addressed. Catapult’s project manager, Luke Tandy, handled the situation with professionalism and integrity, accepting accountability immediately for the delay. He provided a brief explanation for the cause of the problem, but focused on the solution, rapidly completing the needed work. We look forward to working with Luke and Catapult on our projects in the future.
