I had one of the best customer service experiences with the people at Cat-man-du Computer Repair service shop. They were professional, courteous, and best of all, experts in their field. I reached out by phone to ask if they provided data recovery services for dead laptops. I talked to Crystal, who was extremely patient with answering my questions. I explained to her that I had a dead Asus Zenbook Prime ultrabook and I had no way of retrieving the data from the storage drive because it was small and had a proprietary interface. They indicated that they could take a look at the machine and see if the data could be salvaged. Lo and behold, 2 days later I hear back from them and they assured me the data in my drive could be recovered! I was extremely happy to hear that all of my pictures, music, and documents could be recovered with my dead computer. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys for your computer needs. Stop wasting time trying to tinker with the machine yourself and let these great people take care of it for you. They are experts at what they do and will go above and beyond in resolving your technical computer issues. Get back to spending time with your family instead.
