Cazenovia Equipment, Lowville, NY is the Biggest ripoff ever! Came to my house which is about 10-15 minute drive away, spent less than 1 hour replacing one blade ( which I already bought) and sharpened two blades on my lawnmowers. He also wiggled the choke flap a little bit with his fingers and not a whole lot else and I was charged $200!!!!!! Highway robbery!!!! $165 of it was Labor/drive time to my house!!! Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone!! They take advantage!

I have been dealing with Cazenovia's Lowville branch, including it's predecessor Widrick John Deere Equipment, for the past 40 years. They always have been and continue to be... (1) Friendly and Courteous (2) Knowledgeable & Helpful and (3) Reasonably priced. Their Sales, Service and Parts Departments are highly recommended. This is a voluntary, not a solicited review.

Isaac-tech-very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Although he wasn’t in sales, he did tell me about other models and potential attachments. Referred me to their salesman, Brad, whom I’ll be discussing future options with including possible upgrade. Good customer service!
