Don't hire this firm if you are using slide presentations. Each time slides are advanced by the speaker, there is an awful pinging noise that comes from the AV both and can be heard throughout the room. It's very annoying and distracting. I asked them to do something about it and they said they needed it to know what to do with the slides. I'm sure it could be a visual signal or they could wear headphones so the audience isn't distracted, but they won't. So, find someone else who cares about doing a great job. Several times they were slow to adjust volumes (if at all) or to turn on mics.
