We are a family owned and operated Flooring store and installation company. We are experienced in flooring and not websites. We researched website designers and after meeting Jim we knew he would be the perfect fit. We gave him some basic information and he ran with it and designed our website better than I could have ever imagined. He does it all himself. He makes every phone call, email, in person meeting, all the computer work and web hosting, photograph and video of our business (with acting and voice work by his wonderful wife). We were solicited by other companies, but knew we would never get the personal, same person (owner) response as we would with Jim.
