I literally could not be happier with choosing Celltuck as our site provider. Our website is the absolute cornerstone of not only our dealerships online sales, but also our brick and mortar sales.It's acted as both the launch pad and the rocket as we climbed from 27th in New RV sales for Michigan (A Top 4 State for RV Sales) to 5th. We've secured the title of Largest Independent Dealership in the State and are the only stand alone/non-chain dealership in the top 5 (or even top 10) of our state. We've maintained this position among a sea of giants for three years now with no signs of going anywhere as our market share continues to grow. I've always felt the success of the platform was due to its unique ability to be custom-tailored to dealerships on an individual level. No two CellTuck sites ever look the same. Accomplishing this goal is shockingly simple and easy between the no-tech-skills-required website editor and the blazing fast fulfillment of CellTuck's leadership and design team. We've now reached a point where we can say with confidence we are selling the maximum number of RVs this dealership's facility can logistically handle. Yet, the customer inquires continue to arrive day-in-and-day-out. This platform was the catalyst we required to achieve our maximum potential. If the question is "How?" then "CellTuck is the answer. There is truly no better platform for RV Dealerships both large and small.

This is a response from a professional coder that tried working with UVS Junction on my behalf.Shawn,I heard back from Angela at UVS today -- no matter how polite or professional i am with them (and I'm happy to send you the email thread at this point), her replies have devolved even further, from being terse to downright rude now. I'm can't quite figure out what's going on, but Angela is _extremely_ defensive about anyone telling her that there is a problem or shortcoming with the UVS / ZenCart system -- she seems to be taking it as a personal affront that there could be anything wrong with her company's program, and instead of even offering to look into the situation or handing me off to speak with a developer, she immediately fires back with "it's your problem, not ours".Instead of treating me like a customer, thanking me for the input, or even putting me directly in touch with her developers (which is what most customer service people will do, when the conversation gets technical), or hell -- at the very least -- just being professionally cordial and saying "thanks, we'll look into it"? She instead immediately jumped to the defensive, from the get-go, and said it was my fault... Then when I pointed out how it actually _wasn't_ my fault, and that not only had I followed all their instructions and help videos to the letter, but that it was a specific issue with a specific part of their code (with which I'm familiar, because i've coded similar widgets myself in PHP)? She actually responded that I had no idea what I was talking about, and once again (bluntly) blamed the issue on me. Houston, we have a problem... It's obviously becoming more and more difficult to work with her as a PoC, and their outdated, proprietary UVS system in general -- it just can't do all of the things we've been talking about needing to do for today's marketplace (as we've seen with the multiple requests that have been made and shot down) --- and yet each time I have contacted them with questions or concerns, my emails have been met with increasingly unfriendly, unhelpful and rude responses. UVS has some issues --- they either employ staff that doesn't actually understand how their system works, or they are playing some sort of "Pay No Attention To The Man Behind The Curtain" scenario, where their system is actually completely farmed out to some 3rd-party development, and they actually don't have any idea how it works under the hood, and they just collect money... because their automatic response is consistently that UVS couldn't possibly have an issue... which I assume is because fixing it or upgrading it costs them money that they don't want to spend.When I (very politely) brought this latest issue to their attention, Angela's immediate response was basically that their system was far too complicated and multi-layered for any mere mortal to understand, and that I couldn't possibly be right -- even after telling her that I have been working with, coding and building websites for over 20 years now, and that I am fully versed in ecommerce, CMS systems, and even the (archaic) ZenCart system that they use. *sighs*They are running an archaic ecommerce system within a tightly-locked proprietary CMS that offers little-to-no inherent customized value for your customer, over and above anything that I/we/someone could build. The lack of customization they allow, combined with their defensive communication on even minor issues with their locked-down system is a tell-tale sign that something is highly amiss.Their customer service is teetering on abysmal, their product is (at best) aging, highly proprietary, seriously lacking, and overly-complicated when it comes to adding or fixing things -- in this day and age, there's just 1,000 better ways to put together an ecommerce solution that ties all the features and functionalities we need together as one combined, cohesive unit, and offers near-complete customization as well (for both ourselves and our clients).
