Feedback:

My account representative was zero responsive to our company's needs. We would discuss changes to be made - these changes were never made. Rep says I never sent what he needed but I was able to pull the information from my archives and resend to him. He promised on several occasions to call for phone meetings - when he did not call and I questioned him - he says our line was busy. I do not see how because we have two lines both of which you can leave a message. No voice message and no email saying he missed me - so I am thinking he just did not bother to call. I guess this company can afford to turn business away.
