Feedback:

Not a good experience...have had very good service in the past but seems like quality is slipping...Owner gave a nice discount on first order of shirts that they didn't get colors right. Had to correct my email address with their service people 3 times. It felt like not everybody there was on the same page. Didn't internal check graphics/lettering/name spellings, had to make multiple corrections that slowed down the process. One proof came back looking like something a middle school kid did, no justification as submitted, just awful! While the pricing was very reasonable, it wasn't a great experience overall. If you need it done in a hurry, don't go here but if you've got a long lead time to deal with what it could take to get it right, go for it. Owner is VERY nice and accommodating but needs to be more hands on in the whole operation. I understand she doesn't spend much time there.
