Feedback:

CVN lies about its business practices. After you have agreed to go with CVN as your IT, it will not deliver as promised. It can't even fix a simple fax problem. It will purposely try not to make the computer or fax system work so that it can charge you $100 an hour trying to fix it over and over. It will over charge you and bill you for services you have never agreed to. Be careful when speaking to Matt and his deceitful practices. He lacks the knowledge to be a good IT. I have to terminate CVN services quickly.
