Client Review on Centric Photo Processing

BEWARE....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS , POOR QUALITY....Centric is NOT place to go if you are looking for quality. You would be better off going to Walgreen! No Joke. They are over priced for the quality you receive. Their proof strip does not give an adequate representation of the final print. My photo was black and white, they couldn't even get the contrast right. When I asked them to correct it. They got very defensive and Richard said I would have to pay again to have it reprinted and would only give a small discount for a corrected print. I had already paid a pretty penny (because at the time I believed that it would be worth the extra money to support a local business and get a higher quality image printed) Boy was I wrong. I came in to pick up the corrected print and it was double the price Richard had originally quoted me for the corrections. Its sad when a local business that you want to support will not work with you when you are unsatisfied and then lie about the price to squeeze an extra buck out of you... I ended up not getting my final print due to the price increase and will not be going back again. Use Photographic Works or Jones Photo Lab..
