You got one star because this doesn't allow me to give a 0 out of 5. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I ordered 6 items and only received 1 of them. When i contacted customer service i told them the situation and how i needed the additional 5 items and how i need them ASAP as i need them for my business and this was clearly their fault and they had failed me with my order. My customer service representative Kelly F told me they would not be able to overnight my additional 5 items they forgot to include so they could only refund me my money. So here i am missing 5 of my 6 items i ordered. Now i have to reorder my 5 items and pay overnight shipping This will be the very last time i order through this company. Do not rely on this company for something you need in a timely manner or if you need a specific amount of items, they clearly have troubles counting the number of items on an order sheet.
