Horrible experience. I took my computer in no less than 6x to be " fixed" they took forever to complete the work and milked me for unnecessary parts...ended up being a bad cord a 20 $ fix after over 200 out of pocket for a new battery and multiple troubleshooting trips. Was without my computer for 5 months during the fiasco. First rule of home repair....check the connection/ cord I cant believe these idiots are still in business. Guessing it had to be deliberate abuse as no one could be this idiotic. I will never go back and I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
